The swb-Marathon Bremen 2026 (swb-Marathon Bremen) is a city marathon event held in Bremen with start and finish in the historic Marktplatz. The event day on 13 September 2026 includes multiple distances for a wide range of abilities, from the full marathon to a half marathon, a 10 km race and a children's run. The organiser presents the courses as officially measured and DLV-eligible, emphasising a competition-standard layout through Bremen's central districts.
The race routes pass many of Bremen's landmarks — including the Rathaus and Roland, Werdersee, the Rhododendron Park, Bürgerpark, Überseestadt, the Schlachte and the Weserstadion — and finish back on the Marktplatz. Race services confirmed on the official pages include RFID chip timing and official results, a secure bag drop, finish-area refreshments, a finisher medal and a marathon finisher shirt, plus an optional pasta party and official race photography.
