Stevenage 5k 2026 is a Race for Life event organised by Cancer Research UK where participants walk, jog or run a 5k to raise funds for life‑saving cancer research. The 5k distance is presented as an achievable challenge suitable for first‑time participants and experienced runners alike, with a flexible start window from 11:00 so entrants can choose a start time that suits them.
