Start and finish at school on flat and fast 5K road course out and back. One water station on course. Course is accurately measured.

$20 until June 19, 2025. Price increases after June 19, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT.

Early packet pick-up and late registration at Second Sole on Thursday July 3rd from Noon to 6pm!

What to Bring

All preregistered participants by Thursday June 19th will receive choice of a triblend t-shirt or a beach towel. Very limited # of race day options.

Awards & Categories

Overall male/female, Overall Master (40+) male/female, Overall Grand Master (50+) win Gift Certificates! Age group awards (at least 3 deep) No duplication of awards, 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20–24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 - 74, 75 - 79, 80 & older. Every 25th finisher wins a $25 Second Sole Gift Certificate.
