SportScheck RUN Berlin is a night-time running experience across the historic Tempelhof airfield, illuminated to showcase the former runways and the legendary Rosinenbomber. The route is flat and fast, creating a distinctive atmosphere as runners charge down the old start and landing strips before returning over the taxiways. With the event hub in the Tempelhof hangars, the setting blends Berlin’s aviation heritage with a vibrant evening race ambience.
Runners can choose from 5 km, 10 km and a half marathon, with staggered evening starts to enjoy the “Night Edition” feel. Entries include a SportScheck RUN shirt by ON and chip timing, plus a finisher medal, a printable certificate and catering in the finish area. A dedicated children’s programme takes place earlier at dusk, making it a rounded day out for families and supporters. Part of the nationwide SportScheck RUN series, the Berlin stop draws a broad mix of newcomers and seasoned athletes to an iconic urban venue.
