Sparkassen-HeideGravel 2026 is a weekend gravel cycling event centred on Taura (Belgern-Schildau) with racing through the Dahlener Heide. The event weekend begins with community rides and on-site activities on Saturday 29 August and continues with competitive races on Sunday 30 August 2026. The race programme includes three principal gravel distances (30 km, 60 km and 100 km) plus a 14 km family race, and the site lists clear age rules, team scoring and category awards for individual, team and age-group classifications.
The event offers on-site services such as packet collection, a pasta party, camping pitches, showers and vendor partners, and competitors may add extras (pasta, camping, T-shirt) during registration. Safety and rules are emphasised: helmet use is mandatory at all times on course, DRK medical support is provided and technical equipment requirements are published in the official race regulations. Online registration closes on 26 August 2026 (12:00 local time) with late on-site entries possible subject to availability and a €10 late fee.
