7 Hours on the Seven Bends - Seven Bends Adventure Race
Race Description: Seven Bends 7 Hour Adventure Race. Are you ready for this incredible Intermediate level adventure race? We have a great course for you to trek, bike, paddle, and navigate your way around and explore the Shenandoah Valley and Seven Bends State Park! Race solo or form a team of endurance friends to tackle this challenging course. We will give you a map and some basic rules to follow. You will then set out on your adventure to get checkpoints by hiking, biking and paddling. The team with the most points in the allotted time will win! This endurance event will push you to your limits!
Course Description & Map
Course Difficulty: 2-6 on a scale of 1-10. Racers can scale the difficulty of the course by their strategy. 66% of the course is designed with families and newer races in mind. 33% is designed for advanced racers attempting optional checkpoints. Advanced racers will find the course fun and challenging trying to clear before time runs out!

June 13th: 5:30 - 7:30pm Early Packet Pick-Up at Seven Bends State Park 1191 Lupton Road, Woodstock, VA 22664
June 14th: 7:00 - 7:45am Race Day Packet Pick-Up & Transition Area Open (Corral Area) 8:00am: Pre-Race (Mandatory for all team captains) 8:30am: Race Start 2:30pm: Race End 2:45pm: Post Race Social & Awards at Muse Winery (4 minute drive from start/finish)

Pricing varies by event type, starting at $0 for volunteers and $140 for teams.
