The Schirmfestlauf Dietach is a community road running event held in conjunction with Dietach's local Schirmfest. The next edition, labelled on the organiser site as taking place on 14 June 2026, welcomes runners of all ages and includes both individual and team entries. The event is run on a closed circuit with start and finish at the Volksschule Dietach and highlights local sponsorship and volunteer support.
The programme for 2026 centres on the Hauptlauf and an optional Staffel (three-person relay) alongside historical references to children's races and past results. Timing is handled electronically by Pentek and awards (Siegerehrungen) are presented immediately after the races on the school square. Early-bird registration is noted for 15 April–30 April 2026 and full race rules and entry details are published in the event Ausschreibung (PDF) on the official site.
