      Join us in beautiful Downtown Suffolk, Virginia as we celebrate all of those who have served our country.

      Course Information

      The Course: Join us on this fast, flat-ish course starting in downtown Suffolk, and running through beautiful Riverview Neighborhood.

      Hydration Note: There will be 1 aid station with water at about the 1.5 mark.

      Amenities & Post-Race

      All 5k & 1 Mile registered runners will receive a Premium T-Shirt. All finishers will receive Medals. Onsite hospitality & refreshments including After-party with live Band, Beer, Food, Snacks, and Cold Beverages.

      Awards

      5K Run and Race Walk: Top 3 OVERALL Male and Female, Top 3 Masters Male and Female, Top 3 Male and Female in age groups, Top 3 Walkers Male and Female will also receive awards. 1 Mile: The top 3 Males and Females in age groups will receive awards.
