Course Description & Map

The 2025 Run for the House will start and finish at the MSU Federal Credit Union Headquarters in East Lansing. There is something for everyone at this community event, including a 5K run/walk, a 10K run, a 10K Ruck and a Kids One Mile Fun Run & Sprint. A virtual option is also offered.

Schedule

5K and 10K (including the Ruck) begin at 10:00 a.m. Kids Sprint begins at 9:15 a.m, and 1 Mile Fun Run will follow immediately.

Registration & Pricing

$30 for 5K, $40 for 10K, $10 for Kids Fun Run, $35 for Virtual Race.

Packet Pickup Details

Packet pickup will be at Playmakers: 2299 W. Grand River Avenue, Okemos, MI 48864 on April 12 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and on race day at MSUFCU Headquarters from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

What to Bring

Participants should bring their registration confirmation and any necessary gear for their chosen race.

Race Day Info

Participants can run or walk the race between April 11, 2025 through April 13, 2025 for the virtual option.

Awards & Categories

Awards will not be available for virtual participants.

Parking & Transportation

Parking will be available at the north lot closest to the start/finish line.
