The Marathon Royan U Côte de Beauté (French: Marathon Royan U Côte de Beauté) is a coastal road running festival centred on Royan in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, with the main race held on 24 May 2026. The event weekend includes a full marathon, a semi‑marathon and a 10 km, plus a programme of children’s races and village activities at the Esplanade Kerimel de Kervéno. The marathon itself is run over 42.195 km on a two‑lap, seaside course along the right bank of the Gironde estuary and is promoted for its sweeping coastal views and largely sea‑facing parcours.
Race services include a pre‑race Village Marathon for bib pickup, pacing groups (“Gardiens du chrono”), regular water points and misting stations roughly every 5 km, and medical support at key points and the finish. Registrations and logistics are handled via the event website and the official registration platform; the weekend also offers add‑ons such as a pasta party, souvenir T‑shirt and postal delivery of bibs. Finishers receive event memorabilia including a technical T‑shirt (edition items noted), a full‑colour medal and a flexible cup, and prize money is awarded to top finishers in the senior races.
