The ProPotsdam Schlösserlauf invites runners to "run through history" on a scenic route weaving past palaces, churches, parks and gardens in Potsdam. Celebrated for its UNESCO World Heritage surroundings, the course showcases historic gates, monuments, lakes, rivers and bridges, offering over seven notable sights along the way. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Sunday, 7 June, with the half marathon starting at 09:00 and the 10 km at 09:20.
Runners can expect chip timing, a personal finisher video, a starter pack (including a T‑shirt for entrants where provided) and a finisher medal. The event features a race village and a Family-friendly Experience Sport Day with activity stations and information stands. The half marathon includes a pasta‑party voucher in the starter pack (Saturday and race morning); 10 km runners may purchase pasta on site.
The course passes mixed surfaces (including cobblestones and gravel) and carries official time limits for each distance—competitors should check suitability and pacing guidance. Bibs and race materials may be posted if paid (postal option available until 30 April) or collected on site: Saturday 12:00–18:00 and race day 06:30–13:00 at the Leichtathletikhalle in Sportpark Luftschiffhafen; third‑party collection is allowed with an authorisation letter. Transfers and cancellations follow the published deadlines and conditions.
