La Pouilly-Sancerre 2026 (La Pouilly-Sancerre) is a weekend multi-distance event that blends road running, walking and epicurean experiences across the vine-covered terroirs between Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre. The weekend presents a mix of competitive and leisure formats, including a 20 km road race and a 20 km walking option, a semi‑nocturnal 5 km, a 7 km gourmet walk, a children’s race and a guided balade gourmande. The organising team positions the event as an "épreuve épicurienne" that pairs scenic Loire valley landscapes and vineyard views with on‑course tastings and a festival village atmosphere.
Organised by La French Run Événements and taking place from 16–17 October 2026, the event includes practical services such as bag drop, toilets, showers and shuttle transfers between finish and start locations to help competitors and spectators move between Pouilly‑sur‑Loire and Sancerre. The official pages and rules (RÈGLEMENT 2026) set out medical certificate requirements, handisport arrangements and safety provisions; participants are advised to consult those documents and the registration pages for full entry conditions. The programme emphasises conviviality and local produce, with partner tastings and collector items offered as part of the entry experience.
Start: Saint‑Andelain (near Pouilly‑sur‑Loire) — route to Sancerre
