Get ready to dive into adventure with the Pat Griskus Olympic Triathlon – your gateway to becoming the State of CT Age Group Champion! If you're from Rhode Island, don't feel left out, as it's also your chance to claim the State Championship title in the Olympic Distance Tri. Is high school competition more your speed? The Sprint Triathlon will crown the USAT State of CT High School Champion on the same day! Immerse yourself in the crystal waters of Lake Quassapaug, challenge yourself across New England's picturesque farmland by bike, and race along tranquil shaded roads. Choose your challenge: the Olympic Tri (1mi swim, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run), the Duathlon (2mi run, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run), or the Sprint Tri (1/2mi swim, 12mi bike, 3.1mi run). Starting gun goes off at 7am – be there!
