Location: StageCoach Lake Dock Area. S60th Panama Road. 7:30am Hickman, Ne.
Check in: 7:30am
Start: 8:00am
Drop off bikes and kayaks in Transition area at StageCoach.
You will get a map of the course.
Fees: $45 per person.
Fees include shirts, snacks, drinks, awards
Registration closes July 1.
Format: solo, teams of 2 (teams form at check in) will do these disciplines in order.
Order of events: Run, Kayak, Bike
1. Solo will do all disciplines.
Teams will have both run the run section and then 1 kayak the paddle section at StageCoach.
Both will bike to Wagon Train Lake and ride the South loop from Area 6 parking lot. Check in and out with volunteer.
2. Run section approx. 3 miles
3. Once back from run 1 person puts on life vest and paddles clockwise watching the tags along the shore back to the dock. Anyone cutting across the lake will be Disqualified.
4. Kayak section approx. 3-3.5 miles depending on lake level.
6. While on bike, riders will get on bikes and follow the run course out and to S54th st. NW of the lake and part of the run course North to StageCoach road then right at S68th st. Take a left on city bike path Over the bridge to Wagon Train Road then East to Area 6 parking lot at Wagon Train Lake.
Enter the South Trails and go clockwise on the South loop. Left on trails.
Once completed, ride exactly back to StageCoach the way you went out. Check in at the finish.
6. Bike section approx. 17 miles.
There will be tags along the run, kayak and bike routes on signs and trees.
Carry packs for water and snacks along with bike repair gear and cell phones if needed while on the bike.
Mountain and hybrid bikes only.
Bike helmets, kayaks solo and 1 per team, life vest and paddles required.
