Panoramalauf Rothenberg 2026 is a single-day running event held in Oberzent-Rothenberg that brings together a range of distances for all ages and abilities. The event, known locally as "Panoramalauf Rothenberg", uses the Sporthalle Rothenberg as its start and finish area and features largely asphalted routes with wide views across the Odenwald. Distances include the Azurit Challenge (22 km), a DLV‑measured 10 km main race, a 5 km run and walking option, plus youth races at 1 km and about 400 m for children, making the day suitable for families and competitive runners alike.
The 10 km course is officially DLV measured and eligible for best‑list recognition and Odenwaldcup 2026 ranking, with an additional prize for course records. Participants receive net (chip) timing, may collect start packs on Saturday and Sunday morning, and can download printable certificates after the event. The event is organised by Panorama‑Lauf together with the SG Rothenberg Lauftreff and is supported by local sponsors, emphasising a compact event village at the sports hall and straightforward logistics for competitors and spectators.
