Le parcours officiel du Tour de France 2026 presents the 113th edition of the race, opened with a Grand Départ in Barcelona and concluding on the Champs-Élysées in Paris. The route covers a total distance of 3,333 km across 21 stages, including two rest days, a team time trial to open the race and a later individual time trial in the Haute-Savoie. Mountain ranges on the itinerary include the Pyrenees, Massif Central, Vosges, Jura and the Alps, with Col du Galibier identified as the highest point at 2,642 m.

The official reveal highlights seven flat stages, four hilly stages and eight mountain stages with five summit finishes (including Alpe d'Huez twice and Gavarnie‑Gèdre), along with 10 stage towns appearing on the Tour route for the first time. The Grand Départ cluster in Catalonia features stages starting or finishing in Barcelona, Tarragona and Granollers before the race returns to France for the bulk of the parcours.
