23rd Annual NY Capital Region Road Race presented by CBRC

(10 miles south of Albany, close to NYS Thruway (I-87) & Mass Pike)
Convenient highway access and plenty of parking. All races start between 10:30 and 11:00 AM
(*Junior races ages 11-14 start at 8:45 am).
Registration is conveniently located at the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School on NYS Route 9W, 1-mile north of the Village of Ravena.
Registration will be outdoors - no indoor school access. Porta-potties will be provided.

RACE STARTS and FINISHES at Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School

The race will leave the school (2.5 miles) out to a 21-mile race loop that participants will do a certain number of times, depending on category. Once laps are completed, racers will return to the school on the 2.5-mile section to a FLAT/FAST finish!

CBRC is proud to add a 13 mile race for Junior Boys/Girls 9-14 years old (ages 9/10, 11/12, 13/14). Boys and girls have separate starts. The race starts and finishes at Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School.
