Event Overview
For over thirty years the Bridgeport Hospital Milford Campus has hosted a Mother's Day Run and Walk to promote wellness and health. All abilities are invited to join us as we celebrate this special day!
Proceeds from this year’s Mother’s Day 5K Run/Walk will support a new family waiting room for the Same Day Joint Replacement Surgery Center at Bridgeport Hospital's Milford Campus.
Course Description & Map
Our 5K chip timed Run (or walk) and 3k Fitness Walk (untimed) begins and ends at the Milford Campus of Bridgeport Hospital. You can RUN or WALK the entire 5K if you want to be timed and eligible for awards. Our 3K walk (1.8mi) will not be timed.
We also offer a FREE, 1/10 mi Kids Fun Run prior to the start of the 5K. All kids 5th grade (10 years) and under can enter this non-competitive (no awards) fun run.

Registration & Pricing
Adult 19 and over: $35 ends 5/4, $40 5/5 - 5/11
Youth 18 and under: $15 ends 5/4, $20 5/5 - 5/11
The Kids run is FREE for 10yr old and under only.
Packet Pickup Details
Friday 5/9 from 4pm to 6pm, Saturday 5/10 from 9am-noon, Sunday 5/11 from 7:45-9am.

8:45am Kids Fun Run, 9:00am Start 5K Run and 3K Walk, 10:00am Awards presented to the timed 5K participants.
