The Melker Osterlauf 2026 (Melk Easter Run 2026) is scheduled to take place on Easter Monday, 6 April 2026 under a new organiser. The Sportverein LMC Endurance has taken over organisation for the 2026 edition and the announcement names Christian Steinhammer, Marco Lesnik and Luca Sinn as the new organising team. The original organiser HSV Melk is not involved in the 2026 event. The organiser directs participants and interested parties to the LMC Endurance website for the latest race information and registration.
The Melker Osterlauf is a long-standing Easter Monday run held in Melk, traditionally staged in the historic town area near Melk Abbey and offering a family-friendly programme with main, relay and youth races. Specific start times, race distances for 2026 and registration details are to be published by the new organiser on their events page. Entrants should consult the organiser's site for course maps, entry fees and any athlete information bulletins. Historic editions have included a main run, relay and children's races, but 2026 race formats remain subject to confirmation by LMC Endurance.
