Mattoni Running Festival Karlovy Vary 2026 is a one-day running festival set in the historic spa town of Karlovy Vary on 16 May 2026. The event offers multiple races across distances for families, juniors and serious runners and is organised by RunCzech s.r.o. The festival route is World Athletics certified and takes participants past iconic spa hotels such as the Thermal and Pupp, as well as colonnades and other UNESCO-listed landmarks.
The festival blends competitive road racing with a strong festival atmosphere, featuring family-friendly events, childrens races and live music along parts of the course. Several races (including the half marathon and some childrens races) are shown as sold out on the organiser pages, while other categories remain open for registration via RunCzech. The event emphasizes city-centre start/finish arrangements, comprehensive on-course support and a scenic route that showcases Karlovy Varys heritage.
