The Mary Cleary 5k is in honor of Mary Cleary and to support the American Cancer Foundation. This year, join us in person and back on the road where we will start at the Fireman's Field / Dirt Road and through the library driveway. Left downtown and up Madison Street. Right on Terry Place. Down Tower Street, on to Main Street. Left on Buell Ave. Right on West Bacon Street ( where our water station will be) Cross Route 12 and continue on to East Bacon Street. Right on to Elmwood Ave. Right on White Street. Finish at the Waterville Public Library. In addition, this race is #18 in the Route 20 Road Challenge Series!

Registration Opens July 24, 2025 at 8:00am EDT. Day Of Registration and Packet Pick Up takes place at the Firemans Pavilion(parking at the library and behind the pavilion) 7:00-8:00 AM, September 21st.

Award Ceremony will take place after the Free Cruisin' Kids Run, which kicks off at 9:30 am at the library this year! Awards will be given to the Overall Male & Female Finisher, as well as, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the following age groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
