Event Overview
The Markel Corporate Run has it all! Promote health in the workplace, build corporate pride, or just get outdoors with friends! Whether you join us at the Innsbrook Office Park or take part virtually, we invite you to run, walk, network, and have fun at the Markel Corporate Run on June 5!
Course Description & Map
Teams are treated to a pre-race warm-up before the 5k begins. Following the run or walk, individuals can head into the Hirschler Post Race Office Party to cash in their drink ticket for a complimentary beer or wine. To top it all off, a DJ is responsible for keeping the crowd pumped before, during, and after the 5k!
Schedule
5:00 p.m. – Pre-race Party & Networking
6:00 p.m. – Fitness warriors pre-race warmup
6:30 p.m. – Markel Corporate Run starts

$35. Price increases after May 1, 2025 at 12:10am EDT. Open to ages 8+.

Details about packet pickup will be provided closer to the event date.
What to Bring
Participants should bring their registration confirmation and any necessary gear for the run.
Race Day Info
Participants must be 8 years old to participate. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Baby joggers/strollers/carriers/harnesses, wagons, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs are prohibited on the course. NO ALCOHOL may be consumed before the event. Everyone must vacate the post-race area by 9:00 p.m. following the event.
Awards & Categories
Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories.

Cancellation Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a race cancellation, postponement, event format changes, &/or if you are unable to participate. Race numbers & entries cannot be transferred to another person. No exceptions.
