Place du Château, Blois, Loir-et-Cher, Centre-Val de Loire, France
Macadam 2026 is the 41st edition of Blois’s popular urban trail, held on Sunday 7 June 2026 and organised by the Ville de Blois. The event centres on Place du Château and offers multiple formats for all ages, including 15 km and 7 km urban trails, a new 2.5 km handisport race, a family promenade, a Colour Run and several children’s races. The programme combines competitive and participatory races so that people of different abilities and ages can take part on the same day. Registration is via the listed online platform (ProTiming) or in-person pickup at Décathlon Blois, with advance bib collection and on‑day pickup hours stated on the official page.
The courses run through Blois’s heritage areas and are described as “trails urbains”, with GPX downloads available for the main routes and marshals and taped signage on course. The event has a notable solidarity component: equipment donations for Secours populaire and a €2 donation from each 7 km and 15 km entry to the Telmah handisport fund, and there are school, club and corporate challenges to encourage wider community involvement. Practical guidance on aid stations, hydration and on-course safety is provided by the organiser on the official site.
