Areál Hotelu KAM, Malenovice (race village and start/finish area)
The event LHUT Lysohorský UltraTrail (Lysohorský Ultra Trail) is a one-day mountain running festival centred on the Lysá hora massif in the Moravian‑Silesian Beskydy. The main long distance is a 67 km Ultra Trail with approximately 4,100 m of climb, and the day also features shorter Skyrace and Supersky races that use marked tourist trails around Lysá hora. The races are organised by LHUT z.s. and presented as part of the LHUT event family, drawing competitors for national championship classification in several categories. The venue and race village are based at the areál Hotelu KAM in Malenovice, with pre‑race presentations and a compact race village the day before the main starts.
The event highlights include ITRA scoring and Czech national championship status for the Ultra, SkyRace and SuperSky categories, comprehensive aid and finish‑line services, and a starter package with sponsor gifts. On‑course support includes marked trails, aid stations (including a summit refreshment point), chip timing, secure bag storage, free showers and a post‑race hot meal and recovery zone. The organisers operate an environmental policy whereby each registration contributes CZK 100 to nature‑protection projects on Lysá hora, and there is an active rules and mandatory equipment page for competitors to consult. Participants are advised to consult the official race pages for final route maps, mandatory equipment and any late changes to the timetable.
