Event Overview
Now in its 12th year, the Szczerba 5k is a touchstone community event, drawing runners and walkers from across the region to celebrate the memory of Lt. Joseph Szczerba '85, and to support the scholarship that bears his name at Salesianum School.
Course Description & Map
This family-friendly 5k features ample parking, a great course, great food, great prizes, a huge crowd, and, above all else, a great cause.
Schedule
Thursday April 10th from 5:30pm until 6:25pm at Abessinio Stadium. 5K Start Time 6:30pm.
Registration & Pricing
$40 $30 ($25: Ages 0 - 18) Price increases after March 2, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.
Packet Pickup Details
Packet pickup will be on race day from 5:30pm to 6:25pm at Abessinio Stadium.
What to Bring
Participants are encouraged to bring their race tee shirt and enjoy the post-race party.
