The Linzer Sparkasse City Night Run (Linzer City Night Run) is an evening road race through the centre of Linz, featuring a single 5.2 km loop that starts and finishes on the Promenade in front of the Sparkasse OÖ. Live music, illuminated landmarks and enthusiastic crowds line the route, creating a festival-like atmosphere for runners of all abilities. Organised by ASKÖ Tri Linz with title sponsorship from Sparkasse Oberösterreich, the event includes chip timing by PENTEK-timing, a starter package, a high-quality finisher medal and refreshment in the finish area. There is a participant cap of 3,000 and bib collection is available in the Linzerie in the days before the race, with limited on-site late registration as published. Entry is via the official website with tiered deadlines and a late-entry window in late September; participants are advised to consult the Ausschreibung and registration pages for exact deadlines and payment conditions.
