Hauptallee at Praterstern, Prater, 1020 Vienna, Austria
The LCC SUMMER NIGHT RACE is an evening running event organised by LCC Wien, held on 18 June 2026 with a shared start in the Prater Hauptallee near Praterstern. The programme includes two main distances, 5 km and 10 km, run as both individual and team competitions with corporate/team categories for three-person teams. The event combines competitive racing with a festival atmosphere, featuring awards for the fastest individuals and teams and a post-race AfterRun party at the Praterzelt. The race offers an urban park course through the Prater and is timed by Pentek timing using chip (personal chips recommended, rental chips available).
Registration is primarily online (preferred deadline 15 June 2026) with bib collection at the LCC centre on 16–17 June and on-site pickup on race day from 16:00; late on-the-day entries are possible for a surcharge. Participants are responsible for their own insurance and must observe the event's waiver and transfer rules; there is no refund for non-participation. Finish-area refreshments (Gatorade, Almdudler, fruit and snacks) will be provided and results are published via Pentek timing and on the organiser's site. The event is suited to spectators and teams, with separate team and individual classifications and evening prize ceremonies at the start/finish area and festival tent.
