La Strasbourgeoise 2026

La Strasbourgeoise is a charity city run in Strasbourg that supports breast cancer awareness and screening. The event, presented in its original French as La Strasbourgeoise, brings together large numbers of participants for a festive, costume-friendly occasion and donates a portion of entry fees to breast cancer causes. The race is centred on a flat, accessible city route framed by Strasbourg landmarks and an event village with stands and live entertainment.

The event traditionally offers short distances suitable for a wide range of abilities and emphasizes community participation, teams and family entries. The village atmosphere around the start/finish provides local exhibitors, music and catering, and serves as the hub for bib and medal collection. La Strasbourgeoise is also associated with the Octobre Rose awareness campaign and highlights prevention and solidarity throughout its programme.
