La Spinassienne Half Marathon

Semi-Marathon La Spinassienne is an annual road running event promoted by the Ville d'Épinay-sur-Seine in partnership with the Club Sportif Multisports Épinay-sur-Seine (CSME). The 16e édition is scheduled for Sunday 11 October 2026, with the event day opening from 08:30 and the main semi‑marathon start at 09:00. The race programme combines a 21.1 km semi‑marathon with a 10 km, a 3.8 km solidarity race and a series of children’s races, offering competitive and participative options for a wide range of abilities.

Participants can expect largely urban courses that include scenic sections along the banks of the Seine, collective warm‑ups with music, pace runners (meneurs d’allure) and regular aid stations providing water, sponges and fruit. The 3.8 km solidarity race donates €1 from each bib to a local association and children’s races are offered free of charge.
