La Paren’Dix 2026

La Paren’Dix is the town of Parentis-en-Born’s flagship road running event, returning for its 22nd edition on 30 May 2026. The event day includes timed 5 km and 10 km races, a non-timed 5 km walk and two free children’s races, and it is labelled by the Fédération Française d’Athlétisme and listed in the 2026 Challenge Landais des Courses sur Route. Races set off from the Arènes de Parentis-en-Born and the organiser positions the day as a community sporting celebration with competitive and family-friendly options.

The course is described as relatively flat and rolling with stretches through wooded areas and along the lake shore, and the finish is staged on the central track inside the arena, with spectators encouraged to attend. There is a mixed-team 10 km trophy (teams of six, four best times count) and the event’s proceeds are donated to the town’s Centre Communal d’Action Sociale (CCAS).
