Cotentin coastline (Mont-Saint-Michel → Cotentin), Normandy, France
La Barjo is a coastal trail event held on the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy, presented in the organiser's materials as "La Barjo". The event forms part of the La Barjo & Le Raid de l'Archange programme and offers multiple race distances across the region's coastal paths. The official pages state six distances will be offered for the 2026 edition, and participants should consult the organiser for the published parcours and regulations released on 17 November 2025.
This edition emphasises scenic, rugged coastal trails that traverse the Cotentin littoral and uses local waymarked routes. Registration for the 2026 edition opens on 1 January 2026 and closes on 21 January 2026, with a maximum combined entry cap leading to a lottery if oversubscribed. The event is organised under the La Barjo brand by the association behind the race; competitors are advised to check the official site for precise start locations, schedules and the published course maps.
