Köhlbrand Bridge Run – Germany's largest bridge run

The Köhlbrandbrückenlauf is a city road race held in Hamburg that crosses the Köhlbrandbrücke; the event is officially promoted on the organiser's site as "Köhlbrandbrückenlauf – Deutschlands größter Brückenlauf." The race uses a single officially measured 12.3 km course that runs over the Köhlbrand Bridge and returns to the event area on the Hafen/terminal grounds. The 2026 edition is scheduled for 3 October 2026 with three staggered start waves (09:00, 12:00 and 15:00) and the organiser reported the 2026 race as sold out with a startplatzbörse (start-place exchange) opened as an alternative.
