Hop on your bike for a scenic 12.5-mile journey and then push your limits with a 3.1-mile run that leads to the cheering crowds at Arvig Park. Remember to mark your calendars for check-in between 7:00 AM and 8:15 AM, because the action kicks off with a pre-race meeting at 8:30 AM and the race starts with a burst of energy right afterwards, no later than 9:00 AM.
