Kids Run Columbus Training Program

Get ready for an exhilarating 8-week training journey at Hardaway High School, culminating in the thrilling Lakebottom 1 mile or 5K! Each session kicks off at 6pm, starting Thursday, June 13, and runs until Thursday, August 1. Designed for kids from Kindergarten to 6th grade, our program is tailored to increase their running prowess, with sessions ranging from 20-30 minutes, ending in a run that progresses from 1/4 mile and beyond based on individual abilities. This isn't just about running; it's about growth and fun! For just $20, not only do participants receive top-notch training, but also a cool T-shirt, a certificate of achievement, and a $5 discount for the target race on Saturday, August 3, at Lakebottom Park.
