Strandbad Kallinchen, Motzener See, Kallinchen (Zossen), Brandenburg, Germany
The KallinchenTriathlon returns to the shores of Motzener See with a full day of racing based at Strandbad Kallinchen. Established in 1989, the event presents Olympic, Sprint and Supersprint distances alongside a dedicated children's triathlon, and follows German Triathlon Union regulations (helmets compulsory on the bike, non-drafting rules enforced). Licensed athletes can score for the BerlinCup; a day licence is available for other competitors. Spectators are welcome with free spectator entry, and the organiser promotes a compact race village atmosphere with category award ceremonies and on-site services.
The official timetable and organiser information shows on-site bib collection and late registration on Saturday 29 August and race-day check-in from 07:00 on Sunday 30 August. The first children's start is scheduled at 08:18. The transition area is located on the meadow beside the Strandbad and will be dismantled in the afternoon; the bike course is closed to traffic for racing and receives traffic management. Competitors should consult the organiser's Ausschreibung, Strecken and Zeitplan pages for licence requirements, specific distances and detailed course maps. Arrival and parking instructions are published on the official site.
Distances published on the event site include an Olympic race (1.5 km swim / 39 km bike / 10 km run), a Sprint (0.75 km / 22 km / 6.6 km) and a Supersprint (0.3 km / 13 km / 3.3 km). The children's triathlon uses shorter, age-appropriate legs. Note: some organiser pages and timetable materials include slightly differing distance figures for certain categories (these variations are noted in the race descriptions below); please consult the official event pages for the final, authoritative distances and timetable.
