Jordan's Run Veterans' Memorial 5K Run/Walk

Join Jordan’s Run in support of the Suffolk County Veterans Run Series, honoring LCpl Jordan C. Haerter from Sag Harbor, NY. After graduating from Pierson High School, he became a United States Marine and was deployed to Iraq, where he displayed extraordinary heroism by preventing a major suicide attack. Sadly, he lost his life at age 19, receiving the posthumous Navy Cross for his bravery. The event crosses Lance Cpl. Jordan Haerter Veterans’ Memorial Bridge, named in his memory.
