The I Like It Frauenlauf is a women-only road running event held in Velden am Wörthersee, Kärnten. Organised by the I LIKE IT fitness and health brand, the race is staged in the Kurpark Velden and is promoted as Kärnten’s first all-women running event. The 2026 edition is the eighth running in Velden and is presented as a community day of movement, emotion and fun specifically for women.
The event has a charitable focus: according to the event information €1 is donated per kilometre run to the Pink Ribbon Aktion of the Österreichische Krebshilfe. A group warm-up is scheduled in the Kurpark, with the main 5 km run starting at 09:00 and an awards and raffle ceremony planned for around 12:00. I LIKE IT traces its women’s event activity back to 2010, and the Kärnten edition has been held since 2018, combining local community spirit with fundraising for breast cancer support.
