The Corrida de Houilles is a long‑running festive road race first inaugurated in 1972 and traditionally held on the third Sunday of December. Known on its pages as "Corrida de Houilles", the event is presented as a sporting carnival through the streets of Houilles, in the Yvelines department of Île‑de‑France. The race has a strong international reputation on the 10 km distance and combines local community atmosphere with high‑level competition.
The event comprises two principal races: La Populaire, an inclusive and celebratory mass race, and La Course des As, the elite 10 km which historically attracted world‑class fields and held a World Athletics label from 2015 to 2022. The 2023 edition was nearly cancelled but was maintained with municipal support and new private partners, and the organiser lists the next edition for 20 December 2026. The course is a flat city street circuit in Houilles and the organiser emphasises both the festive public atmosphere and the race's historical prestige.
