At the foot of the Hirtstein, Schenkenfelden
The Hirtstein-Trophy is a one-day community sport event held at the foot of the Hirtstein in Schenkenfelden. The programme combines a Run & Bike format with standalone running, walking and a range of children’s and youth races, and offers both individual and team classifications across several age groups. Primary course distances published for the main competitions are a 7.9 km running course and a cycling route made up of 2 laps of 6.0 km (12.0 km total), with shorter distances for youth and kids’ races. The event is organised by SPORTUNION SCHENKENFELDEN and uses the local terrain around the Hirtstein to provide a scenic and varied course for participants.
Practical information published by the organiser notes that registration closes on Friday 2 October 2026 at 18:00, bib collection begins from 11:00 on race day, and the scheduled starts include Schüler- und Jugendläufe at 13:00 and the main competition (Hauptbewerb) at 14:30, with an awards ceremony planned at about 18:00. Children may be entered free of charge with the voucher code KIDS4FREE when registered simultaneously with a parent, and late entries incur a €5 surcharge where applicable.
