Get ready to hit the trails at the 25th Highland Forest 1 2 3, where adventure meets tradition on May 25, 2024! We're keeping it old school with minimal costs and aid stations, challenging you to embrace the raw beauty of trail running. For our 25th anniversary, score an entry for just $25 during the first 25 days of registration, but hurry because prices will rise after 2/25/24. Join us as the RRCA NYS 10 mile championship unfolds, with courses reversing direction for a fresh challenge, and choose your own adventure on loop 3 if you're up for the 50k! Kicking off at 8:30 am, choose your distance—10, 20, or even 31 miles (50K)—with climbs to match each bold loop. Nestled in the Highland Forest County Park, your grit will be rewarded with good food, drinks, and possibly carrot cake muffins awaiting at the finish line. Remember, the path less traveled is not without its perils, so come prepared for the untamed conditions and wildlife encounters.
