Open to both runners and walkers, Oregon's Adidas Helvetia Half Marathon & Drop Top 10K takes runners on hilly, challenging course on rolling paved country roads along the northern rim of the Tualatin Valley in the West Hills of the Portland area. More than 3,900 runners and walkers crossed the finish line in both races combined at the event's summer 2009 running, with more than 3,100 of those participants running in the half-marathon alone.
