The Health Walk/Run is a community fundraising event to support Your Health America, Inc (YHA), a 501(c)(3) organization. YHA's mission is to assist in the fight against obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic diseases that are preventable by living a healthy lifestyle. YHA has an ongoing Health Education Project, Self Care Training Project, and The Annual Health Walk/Run.
At the race, we will have other physical activities such as line dancing, aerobic exercises, and other exercises available at Trammell Crow Park.
