The Harmonie Mutuelle MARATHON 10 - 20K TOURS, often presented under the local name Marathon de Tours, is a city-centre running festival that combines a full marathon with 10 km and 20 km options and several companion races. Held along the banks of the Loire, the course highlights Tours' historic streets, riverside quays and nearby vineyards in Rochecorbon, Vouvray and Vernou‑sur‑Brenne. The organiser promotes an inclusive, eco‑conscious weekend with a race village (Salon Running Loire Valley), local refreshment points and services aimed at participants of all levels.

The marathon edition for 2026 uses a new route with start and finish in central Tours (Quai Paul Bert → Place Anatole‑France) and offers pacers and a 6‑hour cut‑off.
