Event Overview
Join us for the Hammond Scottish Festival 5K Kilt Run/Walk on July 12, 2025. This is a non-competitive event where participants are required to wear a kilt. Enjoy the Celtic spirit and participate in a fun run!
Course Description & Map
The race starts at the Hammond Historical Museum and proceeds down County Route 6, winding through beautiful farmland and past original stone houses built by Scottish settlers. The race ends at the museum where participants can enjoy the Hammond Scottish Festival.
Schedule
Check-in starts at 7:45 AM. The race begins promptly at 8:30 AM.
Registration & Pricing
Online registration closes on July 10th. Early registration is encouraged for discounts and a free t-shirt.
Packet Pickup Details
Packet pickup will be available on race day starting at 7:45 AM.
What to Bring
Participants must wear a kilt. Bring your registration confirmation and any personal items you may need.
Race Day Info
Arrive early to check in and enjoy the festivities. The Scottish Festival kicks off at 9:00 AM with various activities.
Awards & Categories
Prizes will be awarded to the first male and female finishers in both adult and youth divisions.
