Grüttlauf Lörrach is an annual charitable running event (Grüttlauf) held in Lörrach-Stetten that benefits Leben und Wohnen. The 26th edition is scheduled for 22 March 2026 and the event combines multiple age-group races, a team relay and a children's run on a looped course centred on the Grüttgelände and Grüttstadion. The event is organised by the Leichtathletik section of TuS Lörrach-Stetten and entries are handled online via RaceResult.
The course is officially measured and run on a multi-lap loop through the Grüttgelände and the stadium, making results eligible for best lists. Facilities at the Grüttstadion include showers in the gymnasium and food and drink provision for participants and supporters. Prizegiving is planned after the races and the event emphasises community participation, clubs and school teams alongside competitive categories.
