Great American Wheel Race

The 2024 inaugural Great American Wheel Race is a 3,600 mile self-supported race that begins at the landmark Seattle Space Needle on June 9, 2024, and ends at the Washington Monument in Washington D.C.  This fabulous and scenic route across the U.S. utilizes established Great American Rail-Trails across the U.S. while linking other bike trails and the safest less traveled roads possible. The route consists of gravel paths, paved paths, gravel and paved roadways, with a goal to be separated from vehicle traffic as much as possible with gentle grades. Come “Get Some” and enjoy this phenomenal race crossing the U.S. from the West Coast to the East Coast.

There are three registration options. One includes a high-end cycling jersey and cycling cap for $225, and the other option for $125 includes a cycling cap. Winner will receive a belt buckle. Top two male/female will also receive a pair of RedWhite cycling bibs. (If registration is completed after May 1st, 2024, only the no jersey option is available due to production timelines.) The third option is our sport class for $100.00, for those that just want to tour or will have assistance from a spouse, partner, family, or friends while stopped. In this class assistance while riding should only be provided in an emergency. This category is not eligible for prizes.
