The Grand Trail de la Folle Blanche (Grand Trail of the Folle Blanche) is a community trail event held from Cherves-Richemont in the Val-de-Cognac area of Charente, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The event presents multiple waymarked courses through local vineyards, the forêt de Bourou and riverside paths, emphasising a friendly, heritage-rich atmosphere and an eco‑responsible approach. The 2026 programme features three principal races and a randonnée, with the flagship Grand Tour de l’Abaca as the longest trail option.
Services on race day include aid stations (ravitaillement) and on-site medical support plus a stated time cutoff for the main tour; GPX traces and course maps are shown on the organiser pages though GPX download may require login. The organiser Team Ouins Ouins provides online registration and results via its event page and aims to combine sporting challenge with local conviviality and sustainability measures. Entrants are encouraged to check the organiser site for practical details such as medical certificate requirements, start/finish arrangements and weekend check-in times.
