The Grand Raid du Finistère (GRF) 2026 is a coastal ultra‑trail festival centred on Telgruc‑sur‑Mer and the Presqu’île de Crozon. The event brand groups multiple distances under one weekend of racing and celebration, inviting runners to explore steep coasts, cliffs, pinewoods and the famous GR34 coastal path while emphasising local identity and environmental stewardship. The organiser presents GRF as a human‑scale, eco‑responsible gathering with live tracking, volunteer support and family activities in the race village.
GRF 2026 offers several race formats from a shorter 18 km trail up to the flagship 166 km ultra and relay options, with a new GRF Legend format introduced for GRF166 finishers. The races prioritise low‑impact logistics: unmarked routes (GPS navigation required for most distances), racer‑prepared aid provision in places, strict waste‑reduction policies and a prohibition on trekking poles. Practical services include bib pick‑up at the Centre nautique de Telgruc‑sur‑Mer, shuttle options for some distances, medical coverage and finisher benefits such as a medal and on‑site meal.
