Golden Mountains Trail — Dolnośląski Festiwal Biegów Górskich (DFBG)

The Golden Mountains Trail is a 33 km mountain trail race held in Lądek-Zdrój as part of the Dolnośląski Festiwal Biegów Górskich (DFBG). The course features approximately 1,500 m of ascent and 1,500 m of descent and is listed with an ITRA value of 2 and a UTMB index of 50K. The organiser publishes GPX, a route map and a detailed profile PDF for competitors to download.

The race starts in Park Zdrojowy opposite Dom Zdrojowy Wojciech in Lądek-Zdrój and has a 7‑hour time limit with a scheduled start at 15:00 on 17 July 2026. Mandatory and recommended equipment (phone with roaming, cup/bidon, compulsory bib and chip, NRC foil, headlamp for low light) are listed on the official page and enforced by the organisers. The Golden Mountains Trail is part of the Golden Trail Series, with top finishers eligible for Golden Tickets to the Golden Trail World Series final.
