Klapperhalle, Parkstraße, 39307 Parchen, Genthin, Germany
The Genthiner Matsch-Wolke is an obstacle running event held in Parchen (Genthin) that stages three distances for a wide range of ages and abilities. The event, presented on the organiser's site as "Genthiner Matsch-Wolke", offers short family-friendly and longer challenge courses, with more than 25 obstacles distributed across the routes. Finishers receive characteristic on-site awards including a finisher medal fished from a large water basin and an exclusive Matsch‑Wolke towel, and certificates are prepared for participants.
The event’s main venue is the Klapperhalle in Parchen, with start and finish activity concentrated around the hall and Parkstraße area. Organisers advertise separate start blocks and online registration, a timing transponder system, and on-course refreshments; changing rooms in the Klapperhalle are available while showers are not. The format emphasises obstacle variety and spectator-friendly features, making it suitable for children and novices on the 1.5 km course and for experienced participants on the 14 km challenge.
